Standard communication is effective via email and fax although we make sure to obtain your contact details in advance so we can always contact you by telephone.

Design

We find that the most effective proof of concept is afforded by producing a prototype item prior to commencing with production.  This is usually sent via air transport (or larger items shipped express) for approval so that manufacturing only commences when you are fully satisfied with the prototype version. 

Packaging

We always include appropriate packaging methods in quotations to ensure safe and successful delivery.  We will also discuss insurance options available for shipping in advance.

Timescales

Timescales vary according to the destination of the order.  We are however, normally able to include in our quotation dates for completion of production, departure dates, estimated date of arrival and customs clearance.

Payment terms

This will vary in line with customer requirements.  A number of secure options are available which we always discuss in advance and can arrange as part of our export service.
